3 Mistakes Your Man Is Making In Bed

The full guide, exactly what I coach my clients every single week.

Look, I'll be honest with you: 90% of the messages I get in my DMs are from women asking the exact same thing. "Why does he finish so fast? Why is he so quiet? Why does it feel like he's not really there?" So I decided to just say it out loud in a video for everyone. Watch this first, then keep reading for the deep-dive.

Mistake #1: He's Rushing

This is the #1 killer of connection in bed. When he's focused only on the finish line, he skips the entire journey — and both of you lose. The body doesn't want a sprint. It wants a slow build. When he learns to slow down, everything intensifies: sensation, presence, satisfaction. For both of you.

What actually works:

  • Pause every 30 seconds. A tiny pause resets the nervous system.
  • Breathe deeply through the nose. Shallow chest breathing = anxiety. Deep belly breathing = presence.
  • Slow down the pace, then speed up, then slow again. This "wave" pattern is what her body responds to.

Mistake #2: He's In His Head

When he's calculating "am I doing this right?" — he's not with you anymore. He's watching himself from outside. And she feels it instantly, even if she can't name it. The best sex happens when both people forget the outside world and drop fully into the body.

What actually works:

  • Focus on one sense at a time. Just touch. Just breath. Just eye contact. One thing.
  • Speak, don't think. Tell her what you feel out loud. It kills the internal monologue.
  • Slow eye contact for 10 seconds. Uncomfortable? Good. Push through it. That's presence.

Mistake #3: He's Quiet

Silence in bed is a coffin. She doesn't know if she's doing well, if he's enjoying it, if she should keep going or change. Meanwhile he thinks staying quiet is "not making it weird." It IS making it weird. Sound, words, breath, sighs — all of it is signal to her that you're both alive and present.

What actually works:

  • Say what you like as it's happening. "That feels amazing." Simple as that.
  • Ask her one thing. "Do you like this or this?" Direct. Not creepy.
  • Let out sounds. A groan. A breath. Anything. Silence is louder than the loudest sound.

The 3-Week Rule

If your partner starts practicing these three things consistently, you will notice a difference within 2-3 weeks. Not a small one. A dramatic one. It's not a switch you flip — it's a muscle you build together. Send this guide to him tonight. Do it with grace. Frame it as something you want to explore with him, not as criticism.
